This is just another hotel, nothing special. Will likely not stay here again. Toilet broken on arrival, room freezing with window left open and tv blaring on entry. Staff were not kind when issues brought up, laughed in my face when I asked if a microwave like was available like I was asking for something crazy.

The property is nice. It is centrally located in Downtown. The breakfast was good too but whats great in this hotel is the customer service. Jasmin was very helpful especially when she find out that Im EXPEDIA VIP. She immediately took care of 20 dollar credit and gave courtesy late check out and late parking. The customer service is AA . It makes everything easy and wanna come back again

The desk folk seemed nice and friendly during our stay. It was conveniently located for our visit to the Orthopedic appointment my grandmother had. Shower was great because it didnt have a tub for her to step over. Which we asked if it was possible and they were accomidating. It wasn't loud at night, they did put us at a "quiter" section they said knowing we had a early appointment. They offered a wakeup call, but we didn't require it. We didnt utilize most of the facilities, and breakfast was like 35$ each so we opted out to go somewhere else but it was a buffet which is why it was likely so much.

When I arrived the toilet wasn't cleaned in my bathroom. The room wouldn't get warm enough with the breeze coming from the old windows, so I was given an extra blanket and heater. Which would have been perfect but then I realized my hot water didn't work. I then got switched to another room, it was warmer but I woke up COVERED in bug bites. I warned the hotel, they didn't seem to fazed by it and decided not to stay a third night.
