This property is pretty dated, as are all of the items in the room - from the mismatched desk chairs to the lamps to the hair dryer in the bathroom. The elevators are SO SLOW, there’s no restaurant, and you can hear when people above you run water. However, the location is great - you can walk to St. Mike’s hospital, the Eaton Centre, Massey Hall, Dineen Coffee Co, etc. in minutes. The staff is great, the place is clean and it’s fairly quiet considering it’s right downtown. The relatively low prices and location make it worth it. You can find more updated hotels nearby but you’ll pay significantly more per night.

Didn’t clean our room despite being out 12-4 and 6:30-12:30. Gave us trouble getting into hotel on our return saying a guest was unregistered, when we had registered the 2 guests that we booked for. Really ridiculous.

Cambridge suites was a wonderful choice for our two night stay in Toronto. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff who greeted us when we walked in and got us checked in quickly, to the house keeping lady, and the maintenance man we crossed paths with in the elevator. All really professional and cheerful. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The coffee delicious, the bed was comfortable. Lovely room! The location is perfect, we walked all around down town from here and took in a concert at Massey Hall one night. I will definitely booked Cambridge Suites next time we take a trip to Toronto. We enjoyed our stay in the suite, it was comfortable, clean, and simple. The sheets and towels were fresh and overall we found the amenities to be great. Thanks to the staff for making our brief stay pleasant.
