They don’t know the policy of having a Service Dog, every time we go there they give us a hard time, no other Fairmont does this. We plan not to stay there any longer.

I love this hotel but I think it might need some maintenance. The coffee maker didn’t work in my room, the shower didn’t drain properly and the water was cool with very little pressure in the shower. The atmosphere and staff were wonderful though.

Want to feel like a Royal ? Stay at the Royal York. Easily the fanciest place I've ever stayed. Central, perfect for traveling and frankly OPULENT. The lobby itself feels straight out of Westworld in the best way possible. 100/10 I aspire to stay again whenever I need to travel by train. It is stellar, fabulous,.glorious, and brings a sense of class to travel unmatched elsewhere in the world.
