However, in Hotels.com we chose Idylwilld Inn, mainly because it was in the center of town, we didn’t notice it said off-site and were booking the “sister property” that was a 5 minute drive away and further from town. This unfortunately did taint our enthusiasm and left a bad taste in our mouth in the beginning. Again, Strawberry Creek was beautiful, we just wish it had been where we knew we chose.
