My husband and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve with our kids. The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions and lots of dining options. Great view at the American Falls from the room. Staff very polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

I did sent 2 requests for having 2 rooms facing the front street and totally understand it is not guarantee. I arrived hotel for check in at 2pm and asked again and they said they are cannot arrange that for me as people requested before. I did make requested before, even 2 times and still cannot get it. Also, they staff said that he will see whether he can do it on next day but he did not do anything, I went and asked him around 2pm and he said I need to find him earlier. Can I ask ... do you expected the guests found you again. The staff said he made a remarks and will let me know on the first day, isn't that the staff need to approach the guest?

It was a nice place to stay but small. Waited over a half hour to get on an elevator. No view of the falls at all here but within walking distance to the Ferris wheel and entertainment area. The big falls were about a 20 minute walk.

Not a big brand name hotel and to be fair, the amenities, cleanliness and modern design reflects a boutique style hotel with unbeatable prices. Stayed here for Old Years night and the price was amazing! Tina F at the front desk was super helpful, kind and gave us a 9th floor view which was amazing!
