"Great location, clean rooms but are very small (to be expected in NYC) super close to penn station and within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art deco style of the hotel. The only negative is parking is very expensive and a bit of a hassle to load and unload, and no in and out privileges as it’s off property parking. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. "

"My brother and I didnt expect excellence for the price, but ill say it was a great to stay during the weekend. The rooms were clean and the maid staff was completely on point and efficient. We did have some issues with the amenities like the TV, but we never used it and i am sure we would have had it quickly fixed had we mentioned it. I will be staying here again when i find time to visit."

"This is my second visit to this hotel and once again ,they did not disappoint! The location is central to everything and since my visit included business both uptown and downtown, this spot was perfect. Strangely enough, although it is situated right next door to the Port Authority and a stone's throw from Times Square, the room is nice and quiet. The staff is so incredibly accommodating, kind and definitely make you feel welcome upon arrival and beyond. This is a superb value in...
