However, it is right across the street from the Port Authority Bus terminal which is a great convenience for travelers but there is fairly open drug use in the immediate area. Overall we felt safe in the immediate property but sometimes getting to and from the hotel after hours felt unsafe but during regular workday hours seemed pretty safe.
