"The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number. After an hour wait in a room that was actually colder than next to...

"I arrived at NYC in the morning and requested for early checked in. When I arrived the hotel it was little early but they accommodated me an earliest available room. It saved me whole a lot and I appreciate it so much! Location was so convenient and everything was just perfect! "

"Excellent location—so close to everything. Rooms are small, but they use the space very well. Wasn’t thrilled about the mandatory “Destination Fee,” but the bar and cafe where we could use our daily credit at were decent. The vibe of the hotel is very young and the messaging was a bit sexualized…not a place catering toward kiddos. Overall, a good experience and we would definitely stay again. "
