"When arrived at check in I was told that my choice room wasn’t available due to overbooking and in view of the fact that I had booked the room via Expedia the hotel had priority and a room was arranged in the 7th floor. The room had a bathtub not sutiblable therefore I requested to be changed next day with a shower.
