"The best thing about the property was that it was right on the beach. The amenities such as the pools, jacuzzi, outdoor grills and general grounds were immaculate. The staff obviously takes great pride in caring for this 60 year old resort. The price was also very fair. One problem was that the Murphy bed in our Studio unit was that the AC was within one foot of the side of the head of the bed which then blew directly in the face of the person sleeping on that side of the bed. "Pros: North of the heart of the city, so a quieter more chill location. Staff was all very friendly. Room was freshly remodeled (although I would not say the highest craftsmanship). Beach was beautiful and right outside the door. Nice big hot tub and outdoor sitting area. Cons: Restaurant was not great. Construction on site and the building next door, so there's pretty constant construction noise during the day, granted none of it is super loud or overwhelming. Wifi was spotty for our 9th...
