"Our stay was great, nice clean room and the staff was excellent!! We were exhausted from a long day of travelling and they were able to check us in early which we very much appreciated! The only thing to complain about would be all of the construction going on and the fresh paint in the hallways which had a really strong smell. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

"From the moment we came in we were greeted by the Bonvoy representative Rica and she was wonderful! She was so friendly and gave us the layout of the hotel and all the restaurants which made the check in a breeze. The view from the room was beautiful also. We had breakfast at Lona and the service was great also. The only thing I would say is that the elevators from the pool to cross over to the beach were not working so that was a bummer but everything else was so nice that we ultimately just didn’t worry about it."

"First day there we had an issue with the toilet overflowing, but maintenance came right up got the water up went got us a key to another room. Loved the quick response to everything."
