First room we were given smelled like mold. They gave us another room and it was very dated and it still smelled like mold coming from the AC unit. Lobby was soaked from people coming from pool. Do yourself a favor and go stay somewhere else like the Westin

This hotel has a very nice pool area with a hot tub and waterfall. The restaurants on site serve delicious food. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. I have long hair and appreciate that the room comes stocked with both shampoo and conditioner. Also, the airport shuttle was easy to arrange and everything made for a great stay!

We chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle, but they did not disclose that the shuttle does not start till 6 AM. So we paid more for a hotel and we couldn’t use the shuttle and had to pay Uber on top of it. Front desk personnel very nasty. There was a call, girl bouncing from guy a guy by the pool and her room was across from us and she made so much noise with these guys in the hallway that we could not sleep.

Absolutely wonderful! Beyond expectations! We had booked a Hilton scrambling after our flight home was canceled due to weather. Upon checking in we were applauded at the condition of this facility beyond words! We canceled and booked with your facility and after a very long and exhausting day spent back and forth from our flight cancellation and very bad experiences we checked in to your facility. Such a WONDERFUL relief to be greeted by an incredibly upbeat friendly staff member who completely changed our bad state of mind. We were completely taken in by the staff and incredible atmosphere. Completely up to standards and our expectations! The dining was wonderful along with the serving staff. My favorite was the outdoor decor and environment. I felt like I was on my own private island. The palm tree setting in the pool area along with the ambience of lighting and the waterfall in the pool completely relaxed to me. Your facility and staff allowed me to finally make the best out of our unfortunate situation. I would without a doubt come back to this facility. My experience here will definitely be remembered as it was a wonderful experience. Sincerely Cheryll Yurasha.
