We called for Airport pick up. We were told pick up was in 5 minutes. Airport Shuttle arrived, but parked behind two or three other shuttles. We walked to our hotel shuttle. Shuttle driver opened the doors and said he waited too long and left. If shuttle was in a complete stop and opened the doors to tell us he waited too long, why didn't he allow us to get in the shuttle? The shuttle had no passengers plus he did not even wait 3 minutes. A lot of people were waiting for different shuttles and when shuttles arrived, all of the passengers were walking towards different shuttles, including us. It's common sense that drivers need to wait for passengers to walk to their shuttles, especially if there are three shuttles at shuttle pickup.

Beautiful property, our room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was better than average, and the coffee was good. My only minor issue was the front desk was not ready for the arrival of our shuttle from the airport, and there was only one person checking everyone in. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Dania Point where there was ample shopping and dining options. This made for an excellent experience on arrival. We will stay again before a cruise.

Room was huge. Bathroom lighting was too low and not very bright (toilet and bathtub were in a separate room than sink). We had two double beds - one bed was made very sloppily with the bed skirt really pulled down on one side - made me wonder if sheets were actually changed. Room and facility fairly clean but dated. Bathtub was small and inner shower curtain liner was black on the bottom with mold. I did mention to the front desk staff. Starbucks attached which was nice. Breakfast not that great - the eggs and other hot foods were not hot and there was only one line to get food, so if the person at the front was slow you had to wait to get your food. Overall the place was clean and I liked that I was easily accommodated with an early check-in (free of charge). Good shopping across the street with a McDonalds, Taco Bell and Panda in close walking distance as well. Overall place was clean but I probably won't stay here again.

The room was large. The lobby was nice. DO NOT GET A ROOM WITH EVEN NUMBERS. I 95 is very close and very noisy all night. The staff could use some training on hospitality but all things considered it is close to the ports.
