Very dirty, elevator (that was working) the floor was filthy. The main elevator was out of service. The breakfast was a joke. No eggs, no yogurt, coffee almost gone. Waffle machine empty. Girl had an attitude when asked about the eggs. Very poor workmanship on painting in the entire hotel. Paint on the bathtub,bathroom door didn't close properly. Had to unscrew the stopper from the sink to get the water to go down. Very unhappy. Non smoking hotel except for marijuana. Every where you went!!

The room was not clean. The sheets were not clean. The bathroom was not clean. The hallway carpet was not clean. Missing baseboards every where. The only decent part of this experience was the breakfast area and breakfast.

The first room I was staying in had 5 cockroaches in the first two nights. That was an awful start to the stay. When I spoke to the front desk they moved me to another room. No sightings there; however, the tub did not drain fast (not a big deal just annoying) but the rooms are paper thin so all the conversations are shared between rooms and dog barks echo throughout the halls. At the new room, I tried to go back for an hour or two if possible to rest one day from about 4:30-6:30pm with an awful migraine but was met with piercing construction sounds below my window for the entirety or my “rest”. Not happy with the stay, I understand the difficulty of construction and I’m sure it will be very pleasant to the eye in the near future. I wish they would have done more to possibly move me to a different hotel or comp some of my stay, neither of which were things I wanted to address in front of other guests.

Front desk lady was very nice and efficient but she was the only one and there was a 5 person line. The property is being remodeled but it still is lacking in the common areas Lots of work left to do in the common areas. We observed a housekeeper doing a very thorough job cleaning another room.
