" I booked and paid for this for a friend. They compalined to me about their room not being cleaned. About arriving late night and no one readily at the front desk. This not my Sheraton Hotels i remember. Also being told breakfast wasnt paid for, i almost hit the ceiling we i heard that because i know i paid for that. Front desk check the computer."

"This place is in need of renovation. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was old and in need of paint. There was a water bubble on the bathroom wall that we were concerned would burst. We had to ask for towels and the desk service was marginal. I only gave it two stars because the sheets were clean and the pool was lovely and pristine."
