"I booked this hotel for the ocean front corner balcony with the intentions of sitting on the balcany every morning and watching the sunrise with the sound of the ocean. We could not open the doors from our room to the balcony because they had them locked shut. Very disappointed we could not use the balcony at all. If I would have know that the balcony was not going to be usable to us I would have booked a different room and not spent this much money on the room. I understand they were painting...

"Nice hotel, nice rooms, comfortable beds, great location. For a daily resort fee over 40 dollars, I don't believe it's right to close the pool for a private party. The one nice day of our stay we were unable to use the pool in the afternoon. The pool was already booked by all the people from cold climates who paid to spend time outside..."
