"I usually stay at this Hotel and my experience has been prettty goood in the past. Room has a mini fridge and microwave and a hairdryer. Alll which was useful. Even daily housekeeping, towels changed daily and bed made up. This time around though I had a couple of hiccups: my room had 2 bottles of water labeled for Diamond Gold Silver members, other members costs $3.00, which I was charged as I drank it cause I totally missed the note. "So much better than expected! The service was phenomenal. Some of the friendliest and finest I’ve experienced in SoFla. The room was immaculate and newly renovated. The hotel pool was mid size, and you’re across the street from the beach. Free chair service, umbrellas extra. The area has several mom and pop restos in walking distance which was delightful. "Friendly and accommodating staff. The property itself is on the beautiful intracoastal with access to the beach across the street. Despite the high traffic from people leaving for cruises (the lobby can get quite crowded at times), the facility is very clean and rooms spotless. "
