Only thing we didn’t like was the airport shuttle. It was a 30 minute wait and we just ended up taking a taxi. People ahead of us at hotel were also very frustrated by this (they’d waited over a hour for the shuttle). Shuttle to the cruise terminal was expensive ($15/person). There were 6 of us so would have been $60. We ended up getting an Uber for $21. Other than this, the hotel was great. Very comfortable bed!

Check in took awhile because she couldn’t find my reservation. I don’t think they train the staff as well as they should. Other than that the staff was friendly, the accommodations were excellent, the breakfast was very good. They have a free shuttle to and from the hospital were my wife was at.
