"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

Able to accommodate an early check in and incredibly personable (Charles-you're in the right industry!), responded quickly to a concern over patio door functionality which was promptly repaired. Fantastic room for multiple adults, though just a touch narrow and spotless without that musty smell beach rooms can have.
