Property looked nothing like it did online. Dirty and needs renovation badly. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm which is rather late and I couldn’t check in until 6pm!! The room was dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work. 1 microwave for the entire hotel. No ice. Tv didn’t work. It was just awful

They need to do a better job of cleaning. Around the toilet had pee. The room smelled moldy and the were roaches and rust on the door.

This was the worst customer service I have experience, book the hotel out even did not have room for us even though we had a reservation and called before arriving. Plus the lady at the nigth shift had a horrible attitude with us.

The property should not be open. All amenities are closed/nonfunctional. The rooms had damage to the walls, furniture, and doors. There were bugs, the linen appeared used and the pillows didn’t match. All the dresser drawers were broken and inoperable. The mini-fridge did not keep items cold and the tvs were outdated. There is a noise ordinance but the hotel has a club indoors. I will not recommend nor return here

the property needs major remodeling everything is old and majorly used towels are worm and dingy housekeeping is only given if asked to if you don’t know they will not come to refresh your room and give you new towels checking in was 45 min due to their frozen system internet was week water flow was bad their staff was nice but they cannot help it get better

Photos on Expedia did not resemble property at all. Arrived and there was visible drug dealings and activities and prostitution. The property guard had his zipper down. Front desk gave access to family and disregarded me when I in less than 15 mins from check in, returned to check out. Interior and exterior we extremely unclean. Key card did not access room and all doors in our walk appeared to have been tampered or forced into. Very unsafe atmosphere and environment.
