Find Hotels with Hot Tubs in West End

"Was fine. A very nice 4- 5 star International quality hotel in a great location. The only downside: we arrived 2 hours after check in time, and the room still wasnt ready. Though they put is in the lounge with FOC drinks, it was still a further 2 hours before it was ready. Reason given: the hotel was overbooked. Sorry but i dont regard that as acceptable. That is an organisational issue on the hotels' part and if circumstances of our trip had been different, could have been a real problem. "

"The communication was good prior to arrival. The location was changed on the day however that was a minor detail with no impact. The arrival demanded a few security codes again no issue. The room was not as I had expected, the beds were made but the room was not clean. The lighting was very poor and the bed side light was not working. After one minute deliberation we started to look online for alternative accommodation. I did inform the owner immediately and received a mail the following day...

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. My wife really liked the room - it was big and clean. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that the sewer of our bathtub was completely clogged throughout our stay."

"The front door is a bit quirky (the instructions were good but I was late and tired and took a moment to remember them). The room was spacious and welcoming if a little too warm. The bed was a bit saggy. There are a number of switches which don't seem to do anything. And the room is so tall that heavy (and REALLY good!) curtains on a pole are very hard to manipulate."
