" I’ve hotel in city centre but lots of extras to pay if you want full access to spa facilities, which was disappointing. The hotel is expensive and for the price I would expect to have had it all included. When the bar closes at night at 11pm you get asked to move out of the bar area. "

"The communication was good prior to arrival. The location was changed on the day however that was a minor detail with no impact. The arrival demanded a few security codes again no issue. The room was not as I had expected, the beds were made but the room was not clean. The lighting was very poor and the bed side light was not working. After one minute deliberation we started to look online for alternative accommodation. I did inform the owner immediately and received a mail the following day...

"Our stay in the hotel was first class, all the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The Concierge was particularly helpful in parking my car and delivering it back. In addition we had tickets for Kevin Quantum’s magic show, which was anazing. "
