"While our stay was overall good, our initial room presented a few inconveniences that required us to move. The air conditioning unit was disruptively noisy, and we were concerned to learn from maintenance that this was a pre-existing issue, raising questions about why we were allocated this specific room. "The room was spacious but had to get them to clean it properly as there was dust and it set my asthma off so was bad throughout the evening and night and day till we went out I would have thought they may have compensated for the inconvenience and my health they did go in after we went out for the day, but we did really enjoy the pool, sauna, and other fercilaties."
