Moxy NYC East Village

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)
"Moxy East Village is a great location. I’ve stayed several times but keep in mind the rooms are tiny. No closets, no mini fridge, sink in room .. European tiny.. I believe the standard room is 150 square feet. Fine for one person but cramped if you even have a full size suitcase. "

St Marks Hotel

3.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (1002)
"Old, charming hotel. Bare bones comforts, it felt like a dormitory room. One space heater did not warm both room and bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were temperamental. We went for its location in East Village, easy access from subway and lots of walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Great price. "

Luxurious Brand New 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apt in the Heart of East Village!

2.0 star property
2.0 out of 10, (1)
"We rented this apartment for the fall semester of 2024, and our experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not properly ready. The stairs for the other floors of the building were unfinished, the living room closet door had holes large enough to see through into the lobby stairs, there were small bugs throughout the apartment (even though we never opened the patio door). The kitchen window has no blinds which means the parking lot...
