Got players card but then told had to get pin on at cashiers, so off I went there, however he said he was by himself so couldn't do so had to go to the California hotel players desk, however she said it should have been done at cashiers in main street, at this point I gave up"

"My family and I stay there two night, as soon as I got on the hotel room my two sons and I started having an allergic reaction to i don’t know what but we asked the from desk to change rooms and they were very helpful. Apart from that bad experience the begging we enjoyed our stay there."

The elevators kept breaking down multiple times I wasted hundred dollars of food for my children because there was no fridge or microwave. I don’t understand why I’m paying resort fees if I can’t have that, especially if the TV‘s not even working, and then in the self parking lot, it took us an hour to get out because there was only one exit open"
