"Everything was great except for the drop off and pick up designation. Don’t feel as a customer that I should have the drag my luggage across up/down an escalator and through a walkway upon arriving for check-in and departing the hotel. Very cumbersome and not considering the burden on guests. Option would be to have complimentary luggage porters available to assist guest to and from the Garagemahal."
