They offered no compensation for the inconvenience. "

Later discovered that if you cross the bridge to the California hotel, there's a coffee shop there. Got players card but then told had to get pin on at cashiers, so off I went there, however he said he was by himself so couldn't do so had to go to the California hotel players desk, however she said it should have been done at cashiers in main street, at this point I gave up"
