"The location was steps from the Bean and the Art Institute of Chicago, and a short bus ride to the Field Museum, aquarium and planetarium. The service was top notch, from Osay in the lobby to Angie in housekeeping to Philippe in In-Room Dining. Staff always had a smile on their face. There was a range of in-room dining options to pick from and all were delicious. Highly recommend the Home Plate or Belgian waffles for breakfast. And don’t forget their French press coffee!! The gym was clean...
