"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago. "My only complaint would be the housekeeping lady kept knocking on my door every hour, starting at 7:57 am, 8:40-ish, and 10am.
