"Good. Well appointed hotel, excellent and attentive staff. Food selection in LeBar is very limited if staying for more than a couple of nights (I was staying 5). Breakfast is good but expensive. Air con in rooms is very dry air - but not much can do about that when very cold outside! Please leave more coffee pods in rooms and put more than just a carton of water in the fridge! Excellent staff and location though. Would stay again! "

"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago.
