"We arrived early and were able to check in and get into our room right away. Thank you to the front desk staff for making that happen! Our room was right on the corner and the street noise (cars honking) was consistent. Perhaps next time we'll request a room in another part of the floor. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. "

"I was not allowed to stay and I havent received any refund. Worst trip ever. Stranded alone at midnight with no accomodations. Highly not recommended."

"I recently had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Grand Central in New York City. From the moment I arrived, Shannon was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering all my questions about nearby attractions. The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby sights, and their on-site market sold items that made it easy to not have to walk a few blocks to another store. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d highly recommend Hyatt Grand Central for anyone visiting NYC."
