Romantic Hotels in New York from SAR 476

"Great location, beautiful grounds for the holidays. Tremendous amount of people though in and out looking at the tree and decorations. Extremely long lines for check in. For the amount of money paid, no nightly water in room and our room was missed for cleaning one day. Had to call multiple times to get pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and extra towels as we had 4 people in a room. During check in, no explanation of hotel, services or area. Just given key cards. I had to ask them to...

"I had an excellent stay at the NoMo SoHo. The property is beautiful, location is great and it smells amazing from the minute you enter the lobby. The lady that greeted us at check in was wonderful. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. We had the Crosby suite with 2 bathrooms. What a nice bonus for four in a room! They immediately stocked the bathrooms with extra towels to make sure we had plenty for our stay. I will definitely be back to stay at this lovely hotel. We had excellent...

"I liked that the hotel was different in its decor, almost historic. I enjoyed the large jetted tub. It was kind of erie going to the 19th floor lounge. It was a back stairwell off the elevator and it was very dark when we got up there. They claimed you could see the illumination light show of the falls which wasn’t true because the falls face Canada so you couldn’t see the lights unless you were on the Canadian side. "
