"We had the most wonderful stay here. It was my husband's birthday and the hotel acknowledged this perfectly with little treats. The room was perfectly clean and a great size for our family of four. All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent for getting around and seeing all the sights with Gloucester Road tube station across the road. We would definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Hotel is located perfectly for a short stay/zoo trip. Free parking and no need to move your car as you can make a short walk from the hotel to the entrance. Two restaurants and a indoor pool. Advise to book meals and pool in advance."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
