"This place was really nice and comfortable. The best thing was that it was so centric from where we wanted to go. We loved the area and the walking distance to the London Parlament building (Big Ben). The receptionists were nice and the rooms were great and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and I recommend it to everyone!!"

"Very pleasant stay for a couple of nights on business. Staff were friendly and helpful (I managed to check in very early, which I was very grateful for!), the room was well maintained, and the WiFi was great both in the room and in the restaurant/lounge/bar area. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment, but the fish and chips was very nice and service was quick. It’s further from Kings Cross station than I expected (about a 15-20 minute walk), but that’s my own fault for not double checking...

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
