"The location is unbeatable steps from the restaurants and the beach.The staff were very kind and helpful. The view from my room was only surpassed by the view from the rooftop pool deck. This is an older boutique hotel it could use a refresher on the interior but that would not stop we from visiting again as a single female. "A lot of people who complain about this resort is likely used to the 5 stars from cancun high rise. This is a 3 star resort and it is honestly the best 3 star resort i have ever been too and totally worth the money as i would like to come back here. The staff here are super friendly as they will go above and beyond to make your stay feel comfortable. I do recommend you buy a mexican sim card for data as the wifi isnt the strongest but other than that, this place is amazing."
