The beds were very hard. Wouldnt change rooms. Very loud at night. People were partying till 4 am. No transportation to airport and back. Slow service at buffet. Not very many drink choices. Staff was very nice though. Gift shop very expensive. Restaurants - a la cartes had great food and service there.

I like the water and beach but the food at the hotel is terrible is cold and blend , at the restaurant the food is so salty and at the buffet are limited choice, make sure you have pills for you stomach because the food will give you problems. The entertainment is not great and also for the evening are limited seats where you can stay, out side. My recommendation is chose an other resort..

The entertainment staff was on point! Lots of fun activities. Special shout out to Elvis who made the trip and entertainment memorable. Downfall: AC unit leaked in out room and it took a couple times at the front desk to have it (mostly) fixed. Overall the resort was well kept and it was evident that the staff worked hard to keep it that way. Loved the multiple food options. The wait staff was wonderful. The first night we arrived the entertainment was dance “lessons”. This form of entertainment was the best we experienced and I would recommend having more nights with this type of entertainment. But we did love the mini disco. The beach was cleaned every morning which was evidently not done at other resorts (as seen on our walks along the beach). The care taken by staff to keep the resort as clean as possible was very appreciated. The Sports Bar was a great place to hang out. The bartender who served us drinks by carrying them out on his head was incredible and made this another memorable part of the trip. The front desk staff member who arranged a taxi into the city was very helpful in deciding where we wanted to go based on the experience we were looking for. Overall it was a great experience!

If you want to spend hours relaxing on the beach, listening to the peaceful sounds of the Carribean waves and winds, this is not your property. If you like noisy Club Med like ambiances, then you will like it. It is really too bad that such a beautiful property overall is so noisy and buzzy. They feel the need to play music all the time which you hear from your lounge chair on the beach. Once or twice a day, they have "entertainers" leading games using blaring speakers. It was so loud and obnoxious at times that we needed to retreat to our room. One of the contributing factors to the overall "buzziness" is that they open the resort to locals with a day pass. Depending on days and times of days, you get invaded by a clientele that is naturally loud and it completely overwhelms the entire complex. Not our idea of a Carribean retreat.

This property was great, the staff were very helpful all the time. Belky the lobby manager was such an amazing help and very knowledgeable and accommodating. The buffet area was always amazing from the chefs cooking to Kimberly and Catarina helping. This would be our second large family vacation to coral costa caribe. We will return in the future. Much recommended.
