On site staff we great, good laundry service and water delivery. Paolo and Alena were great, a few things broke and they replaced / repaired them right away. Lots of linens and towels. Condo was good. We would go back."

"Should have been cleaner, not enough towels, lots of ants in kitchen, not enough pots and pans, no gas on grill. Has potential need to take better care. Very warm in living room and kitchen, no AC or fan in those areas."

"This resort if very well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The food and variety was good. I didn't get to experience any of the restaurants (they filled up quickly) but the buffet was adequate with plenty of options and the coffee shop was excellent. The toaster and the panini maker were broken. They should have backups in place. The food options by the beach was adequate. One day they had a BBQ and it was delicious. Drinks were adequate. "The rooms are comfortable. Some are out dated but being renovated. Staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. "
