"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "I don’t agree with saving most rooms on the bottom floor for guests with pets. Both of us have arthritis in both knees and it was quite difficult having to walk up a large flight of stairs to our room. And by not having an elevator, we struggled very much. "
