The property is well staffed and clean. There is an added tax on top of HST even on parking which you are not informed when you park. Also the linens, bed sheets and towels are so rough, uncomfortable and hurt your skin

The parking on and off site is quite expensive, along with the food and beverages around the area. Though there are many options and everything is in a walkable distance which is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful, when approached with a complaint or issue the staff was able to help.

This location was perfect for everything that we wanted to see and do! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check in when we arrived 4 hours ahead of schedule! We will be back for the Festival of Lights next year and stay here again!
