Honestly Hilton should be ashamed. This Hilton Hotel in Niagara Falls is extremely disappointing. First off, don’t be fooled by the renovated lobby, the rooms are extremely outdated and of the standard I would expect from a motel on the side of the road. Anything required is a charge. As an example, they do not include basics in rooms such as a wine glass or a bottle opener. When my wife and I called for a bottle opener we were advised that there was a fee to bring one to the room. In the room all the grim paint is chilled and peeling, the beds are visibly caved inwards and are terribly uncomfortable, all the furniture is disgusting and extremely dated, the towels feel like sand paper on your body…. I could go on and on. Terrible customer experience overall. Do Not Stay Here!

The pool water is very cold. On the day of check out, the housekeeping person was knocking on the door at 9am if we were leaving, this did not seem acceptable, otherwise everything was fine.

Hotel is overall very nice. In a great location and conveniently surrounded by places to eat and things to do such as casino, bar/pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, shops and a short walking distance to the falls. We spent new year eve there which was pretty busy. The parking garage was full however there is an offsite parking lot with a shuttle bus making constant runs back and forth. Having to pay for parking on top of the already pricey rate is a bit of a pain in the butt. The city view room with jet tub has a beautiful view of Clifton hills and the falls. Room was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is a bit outdated. The infinity pools was not accessible on our stay but the kids pools was good for the kids to play around in. Would stay again. Would recommend
