"Our stay was to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Our room, and that of the party travelling with us was upgraded beautifully. The rooms are stunning! All the staff we interacted with--behind the desk, housekeeping, and at the restaurant were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. The fresh ground coffee from the station in the lobby was delicious, as was the daily breakfast delivered to our rooms. "We had a junior suite which was large and well appointed. The hotel is huge. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only complaint was there was a strong perfume smell in the lobby the whole time we were there. Not sure if that’s always the case, but it was overpowering. That said- I’d still stay there again. It’s a beautiful old hotel in a great location to sites. "

"We went here for my husbands birthday. They treated us like royalty at all times. The staff left champagne and fruit in our room, along with a hand written note. The bed was turned down every night with water at the bedside. The bar is fantastic. They had this wonderful popcorn they handed out for free. We could walk to all the fun areas in the area. "unfortunately, when i got in the room the towels in the bathroom were on the floor and long black haris in the tiolet and the seat was up. Trying to overlook that the desk and side bed table were not wiped as they had glass and show dirt, finger prints, and hopefully just oil marks on them. However, the staff was extremely helpful and apologetic. They moved quickly to clean it up and make everything right. "
