Water temperature was extremely unstable and both taps were very hot, or very cold. Having a shower felt like performing a complex scientific experiment that always failed. Hotel was a good value for the price.

The staff at this location is amazing. Friendly and willing to accommodate our early check in when we switch rooms. Parking is right at hotel and close Eaton Centre for shopping and tons of restaurants.

Hotel is a great value. Only issue is they keep the hotel too warm at night for sleeping. I turned off my room heat and room stayed at 73F — needed to turn on AC in January which is crazy.

I had an incident where my door hatch locked itself from the inside. The staff were very efficient and helped solve the issues in a timely manner. This also demonstrated to me how secure the room is. Great stay, would come here again!
