"This was a lovely hotel! Family and I enjoyed our trip. It smelled like gas in my room on the first night, but hotel staff were able to fix it and changed our room. Thank you! "

"The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!"

"All the staff at this hotel are amazing. Super helpful. They had the crib for our baby already set up and brought a fridge up right away for me to put milk in. The pool was warm and the sauna was nice!! The cleaning staff were so sweet and even left us a bag outside our room with a bunch of stuff in it when we had our do not disturb on when our little one was napping. "This is our second time staying here this year and absolutely love the available options for our family of 5. Having 2 queen beds and a Murphy bed in a room is a game changer. The pool and slides is always a hit with the kids and it’s close to lots of restaurant options. Lots of parking even if you have a truck and trailer. "

"Definitely dated. We were in the main lodge and our room was a step back in time! Not something I find negative it was cozy. Full kitchen with dishes and it was clean. Nice bathroom but paper thin walls. Our heat ran all night and we couldn’t get it to cool off even with turning the ac on in the winter"

"Conveniently located with a grocery store and many restaurants close by. Friendly staff and we were fairly compensated for a waterpark that was not fully operational at the time of our trip. Our room was quite spacious as well. There was a considerable wait time to check in and I thought the parking lot could have been in better condition/more secure. We did not have an issue though.
