"This is a super cute and stylish boutique hotel. The rooms are small but clean and it is a great value for what you get especially as it is in the prime walking area close to shopping and restaurants. And you can walk down to English Bay easily."

"My room had a bugs crawling on the pillow. I have the video and I showed the manager. I sent him the video as well as his request. He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. The next day I woke up with more bugs in my bed that I have squashed while sleeping."
