"The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went...
