"The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and ready. The room was comfortable but could have used a little closer attention when cleaning, just in the details. Check in was fast and easy. The pool area needs a key to get in to and ours did not work. We walked to the front desk only to be told all the keys were not working because the shut them off due to kids trying to enter the pool area without adult supervision. "I have stayed here on many occasions in the last few years and have never been disappointed. Staff is excellent no matter what shift you have to talk to. Between the app and points you can earn I have stayed a few days on the house."

"It was out dated smell horrible and the heat didn’t work and the bathroom didn’t have sink stopper in it my husband weddings ring fell down the drain. The toilet was so old the paint was coming off and you can see the brown. Drunks and drug people was on the property. We couldn’t open the window. Very unsafe. Feel that you will be robbed. The bed you can feel the string in it. And it definitely a rip off that’s why they only show the front as advertisement but it need to be closed down"

Cool and funky place to stay

"The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. We had a handicap room so it was a nice size and I have to say the water pressure in the hotel is fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable more on the hard side, but they did not have a good range of pillows so I went to target and bought a three dollar soft pillow which I used for the three nights I was there. other than that it was a fabulous stay"
