"It was out dated smell horrible and the heat didn’t work and the bathroom didn’t have sink stopper in it my husband weddings ring fell down the drain. The toilet was so old the paint was coming off and you can see the brown. Drunks and drug people was on the property. We couldn’t open the window. Very unsafe. Feel that you will be robbed. The bed you can feel the string in it. And it definitely a rip off that’s why they only show the front as advertisement but it need to be closed down"

"The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and ready. The room was comfortable but could have used a little closer attention when cleaning, just in the details. Check in was fast and easy. The pool area needs a key to get in to and ours did not work. We walked to the front desk only to be told all the keys were not working because the shut them off due to kids trying to enter the pool area without adult supervision. "The staff was extremely helpful. We had an issue linking my grandsons PS5 to wifi and the techsupport team was able to swiftly rectify the issue. We had an awesome stay. They enjoyed the pool too! "
