"I had a good stay here. The staff was very good to me. They were supportive and receptive. The first night, I noticed the bathroom could be a cleaned a bit more and they immediately acted on it. They also gave me anything more I desired (more towels, toilet paper). One night the cleaning was skipped and they compensated me for the experience. "I love the theming, how everything was so festive for the holiday season, and how accommodating and helpful the staff was. Unfortunately the food at the buffet and restaurant were terrible. Like, truly awful. So I would recommend folks stay, but I would not recommend them eat at the restaurants"
