"The hotel was fine. We had a comfortable stay and breakfast was only continental. The major factor was the hot tub. I asked one of the managers to turn it up for us because it was cold and we got into it. Other than that it was pleasant. I would mention one other maintenance issue the railing on the tub. The spa is coming off. It’s off the ground. It’s not submitted or bolted down That could present a huge risk of injury"

"We were attending a Christmas party near the Hotel and didn't want to drive back to Modesto. The hotel was close by and clean as a whistle. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. The room was spotless and warm upon entry. The site is being renovated in order to keep up with the times, but did not hamper our experience. "

Floor was super dirty … to not slip I put a pool towel on the floor of the bathroom… and next day when checking out after they counted the towels they brought out to us for the pool area… they said, one was really dirty and we almost got charged for that pool towel… even though it was put on the floor so we wouldn’t slip being that we are disabled.. and didnt know the floor was that dirty… After...

The staff is extremely friendly, nicest check in process in a long time. I really appreciated that there are so many food choices walkable. "
