Second visit here. But bad experience. Room was dirty and smelled musky. Towels had a weird smell and water lever for the shower coming out of the wall. Bedding was thin and pillows were horribly soft. Woke up with a stiff neck. Will not be staying here agin.

Great hotel, room was clean and spacious and in a great location! Easy walk to Disney and right around the corner from a great shopping center. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated but it makes up for that in every aspect that truly matters! Would definitely stay here again.

The Room was Clean but it has a Old stale smell like these rooms have been around for a while. Not having a microwave in the room was very unpleasant had to walk to the laundry room to use a microwave where they only had two. TV’s need upgrading couldn’t plug in my PS 5 to it. Walls are thin could here ppl in other rooms. Water pressure in Showers very poor need improvement! Extended stay America is a better option and cheaper they have a stove and microwave a big fridge and don’t ask for 100 dollar deposit and the parking free. Won’t stay here Again.

15 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. Parking close to our room. Our room was on top of the staff / laundry room, by 8:30am it was loud and can hear them talking and rolling by. Heard the washer going all hours of the day. Love that the sink was in the room area and the toilet and shower had a door to separate. Could see the fireworks from the hotel. Easy to check in, room was clean and basic

Everything was good with my stay just my ac unit was making loud noises every 5 mins couldn’t sleep keeped scarying my daughter when she was asleep and scarying use aswell but besides that everything was good

Single pane windows and a club close by with people yelling and screaming most of the night. If that didn't keep you awake they had alarms blaring at the House of Blues from 1 am to 3:30am. First day room smelled fine, second day the bedding was changed and just smelled stale and stinky in there. Cleaners left a dirty rag hanging from inside my door as well. I have stayed at this hotel for about 8 to 10 years everytime I visit Disneyland and now to leave your car over night they charge $15 a night. No one goes to a hotel to not leave their vehicle overnight. I had a terrible visit.
