I had a good stay here. The staff was very good to me. They were supportive and receptive. The first night, I noticed the bathroom could be a cleaned a bit more and they immediately acted on it. They also gave me anything more I desired (more towels, toilet paper). One night the cleaning was skipped and they compensated me for the experience. My only real criticism is that on my first night (right after checking in), I ran into a man in the elevator who apparently worked for Hilton. At the time, I had not known that we must use our keycard to activate the elevator. I kept pushing and pushing the level of my floor and the guy (older white male with graying hair) was a bit rude, in my opinion. "You can't just push the button - you have to activate the level with your card. I will take you up there." His tone was abrupt but it wasn't worth making a complaint about. I was annoyed because I had just put $1k down on my credit card. I really didn't like the way he talked to me. Other than that, my stay was cool.

Will never stay at this hotel again. It is run down, we reserved a balcony room and the balcony was facing the side of the convention center building. We had to change rooms because the first room was filthy and had worn out carpet and bedding.

My husband and I booked this trip specifically for the Disney Parks as it was said to be conveniently located. Please note this was not the case for us. The walk was long after being in the parks from sun up to sun down and would not be convenient for a family that wanted to take a break in the day from the park and go back. The Hotel is currently under MASSIVE construction so there is a lot of noise and it was very difficult to navigate the hotel due to so many areas being blocked off. We were lucky enough to be placed in one of the renovated rooms and the finishings were really not that great everything looked and felt very cheaply done, the door to our bathroom barely would open and close, the pillows had not been replaced with new ones they were lumpy and our view was of construction. The restaurant is very dated and dark and the bar set up has been temporarely placed in a banquet hall due to the renovations so we spent most of our time across the street at the Marriott for dining and drinking. The pool area is also set up strange, it is located on the 5th floor and there is no open restrooms or Staff to be seen to attend to guests needs. I am hopeful that once this property is fully renovated it will be better suited for guests needs but, My husband and I will not be returning either way due to the distance from the parks. I hope this helps so that people aren't as disappointed as we were.
