"The rooms are definitely in need of a refresh. The bathrooms are very outdated, the tv's are old and small and the lighting in the room is very dark. Despite that, the hotel is so iconic and the location ideal for downtown. It is quiet. The gym facilities are great. The colleagues are very nice and helpful. The decor in the hotel is amazing. It is like stepping back in time. "

"Beautiful resort, easy access to beach, all staff was superb in service. Had a weekend birthday celebration and the staff made sure all our guests were greeted and cared for in a most welcoming way. Thank you to Myra Castillo and all the great staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend it."

"We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing."
