"I had a good stay here. The staff was very good to me. They were supportive and receptive. The first night, I noticed the bathroom could be a cleaned a bit more and they immediately acted on it. They also gave me anything more I desired (more towels, toilet paper). One night the cleaning was skipped and they compensated me for the experience. "Property itself is dated, but it is kept up beautifully. There are a few "paint" issues that we noticed, but it did not ruin our stay. It is VERY close to Disneyland. The walk is very easy! The room was comfortable, but the ceilings are low. We were on the first floor of the Flamingo Tower. The bathroom tile is also dated and was cracking in spots. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were soft. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I love the theming, how everything was so festive for the holiday season, and how accommodating and helpful the staff was. Unfortunately the food at the buffet and restaurant were terrible. Like, truly awful. So I would recommend folks stay, but I would not recommend them eat at the restaurants"

"Our second time staying. We chose the two bathroom room this time and were highly impressed. While our main shower had issues, maintenance was very quick to fix it for us. Breakfast was simple but filling, Maria made breakfast even more amazing with her conversation and service. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot for our Disney days, small food places and stores were within good driving distance. Overall this place is our yearly hotel pick. "
